If you would like to change or cancel your order then please let us know immediately. Once we have processed your order re stocking charges may apply.
When will my order be despatched?
Your order will be despatched as soon as we can. Normally within 3-5 working days however some items may take around 2-3 weeks.
If your order is urgent then please let us know.
How long do I have to return an item?
For stock items you have 14 days to return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
On the rare occasion that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
