Yes you can exchange or return goods, however restocking charges can be incured on certain products. Please speak to a member of our team who can assist you further with this.
Yes we do have a store based in Birmingham and displays are available our address is as follows: Midland Trays, Fernley Road, Sparkhill, Birmingham, B11 3NL
Unfortunately we do not have an installation team. We recommend getting a qualified plumber for your job.
Standard delivery time is 5 working days, however some deliveries can take up to 14 days depending on the item. Express delivery can also be requested for certain products.
